I needed to completely reinvent how we approached signing up clients so I conducted what I call A "Weird Sign Up Test". The reason it’s weird is
because it really broke ALL the rules that the coaching industry would have considered to be the, the right way to
sign up clients.
In the above example, I used a standard “Free Consultation or Discovery Session” for 25 people in both cases. Eliminating the selling conversation and adding ONE additional step to the enrollment process increased my conversion from just 10% to a whopping 30% for an additional $23,560 with approximately the same number of consultations.
